Has it been a goal of yours to run a 10K? Half Marathon? Full Marathon? Reach your goal now by particapating in this FREE specialty class! This class will not only have a running portion where you will do interval runs to prepare for your goal, but will also have classroom meetings that cover nutrition, goal setting, injury prevention, mental preparation and strength training. This class will be a great way to stay accountable and answer any questions about marathon training you may have!
Free for all students and members! Come and go as you please to different runs and classroom sessions.
Group run times will be determined by each group.
