Program Details

Join this community of women to empower your fitness journey! This program is designed to create a community of women to use and get more comfortable with the strength training area. Workouts will vary based on the skill level of the group.

Sundays, 11:15-12:15 - First Floor Fitness.
All skill levels are welcome. Our personal trainers will motivate and educate you and your squad through a 60-minute strength training workout.

10 spots available for each session - register to reserve your spot. Registration closes the Thursday before each session.
