This will be a Push|Pull (Bench Press/Deadlift) event. Athletes will choose 3 weights for each lift and will have a total of 3 attempts per lift. Athlete will receive an up/good command on the bench press and a good command for the deadlift. Proper commands will be given upon instruction.
No straps allowed. LIQUID CHALK IS allowed. The Wilks Formula will be used for scoring. There will be no weight classes.
Rules and regulations will begin at 8:30am. Must be present during rules and regulations to compete.
Top Male and Female win lifting belts. Other giveaways throughout competition.
